Hommy Design is not liable for any in-transit damage to products. A standard damage rate of up to 5% for vitrified tiles and ceramic tiles is considered acceptable due to the nature of the products and can be accommodated during installation. Customers are advised to inspect the materials upon delivery. Any damage exceeding this threshold will be covered under our return and refund policy. The cost of labour for loading at the warehouse and unloading at the ground floor has been included in your payment. Customers are responsible for any additional unloading charges if the delivery is beyond the ground floor. If you are unavailable to receive your order, you must arrange for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf, with prior notification to Hommy Design customer service. Our delivery personnel are not insured to enter private premises.
